The structure of IT environment in the organization is quite complex and contains number of devices different in nature of their use and purpose. Faults in one part of the infrastructure may lead to job disruptions and possibly to financial losses throughout the organization as information technology moves hand in hand with business world. Active monitoring of anomalies in the infrastructure may help to remove any faults or discrepancies before any disruption may even occur. For cases where faults already occured it's important to react and find the source as every second of disruption may have an impact into company financials.
The sum of problems challenged by the IT infrastructure is quite complex and thus modern IT environment in the company simply cannot exist without respective monitoring system that is independent to human factor and can smoothly and clearly provide the current visual state of the IT infrastructure and immediately identify the source of the problem.
